By downloading, installing, or using the ClubDJ Pro application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Your Content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any audio files you load into the App. We do not claim ownership of your content. All audio processing occurs locally on your device.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, and code, is owned by ClubDJ Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
